a dream

On a summer day with bright sunshine
i saw a dream i can not deny
the sun shining high in that beautiful sky
i promised myself i wont let it die


the dream i saw was too good to be true
but a voice inside me said "what else can u do????"
this dream is your only possession
everything else is a worldly obsession ..


the dream i saw was worth the fight
cause i knew in reality i die
but in dreams i ll always fly


time flew by ,seasons eloped
i tried to run but my dream followed
over and over when i closed my eyes
the dream grew stronger and tried to fly


i lost my sleep and i lost my appetite
but the dream remained
silent but bright ..


in my loneliness i bitterly cried
but my dream lived and with it i survived


the dream became the sole reason

for my existence ,,,,cause i promised

i won't let it die .............
